We have a dedicated Welfare Officer for the Youth Section; Michelle Cooke and we adopt the England Hockey guidelines on protecting and safeguarding young people in sport. Further information, polices and guidelines can be obtained in the documents section of our website.

The Club also holds a Clubmark accreditation, which is awarded by England Hockey to those Clubs who are able to demonstrate that they meet the criteria with regard to playing programme, child protection, sports equity and ethics and club management. Clubmark is an acknowledgement that we take these issues seriously and that we are striving to provide a high quality and welcoming environment for young participants in hockey.
