The programme will run over 2 years with the Young Leader deciding in which order they take the online and practical modules. The Young Leader can opt to complete the course at their own pace.

* Introduction to Leadership
* Safeguarding Guidance
* Team Manager Role plus practical
* In2hockey coaching plus practical
* Umpiring plus practical(s)
