The Ladies' 3 rocked up on Saturday knowing that a win would see them champions of Division 3. After a nervy start, where BBHC attacked from the off and some slick defending was needed, we soon settled down into our familiar rhythm. The team were eager to win the league and the passion the players showed was evident from the beginning.

2 first half goals, courtesy of Mrs Ors and Ali Fisher put us in an excellent position to win from. BBHC came out strong again in the second half and were awarded a short corner, Becky Blunt managed to stop it on the line with her stick, unfortunately it went up the stick onto her hand and her foot giving away a flick! The fines bill for that was huge.

With the score at 2-1 we were in for a grandstand finish with BBHC coming forward in numbers to try and get the equaliser, a fantastic bit of solo play from Bex Ors put the game beyond all doubt and made it 3-1.

When the final whistle went the team celebrated and the celebrations continued on for some time! Well done to everyone who has played 3s this season- it's been an amazing season topped of with a well deserved win against our local rivals!
