
Led through physio-designed sessions, the bootcamp focuses on building hockey-specific conditioning in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’re a regular player, returning from injury, or simply looking to improve your fitness, the sessions are open to all levels and abilities.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and is designed to help players move better, feel stronger, and prepare physically for the demands of hockey.

- Time: 7:00pm start (please arrive by 6:50pm)
- Duration: 11 weeks
- Location: Bexley Cricket Club – back pitch
- Cost: Free
