Anne Billane-Kerins lost her battle with cancer and died peacefully early this morning (Sunday 2 July) at her son Peter’s family home in Bexley.

Anne was made an Honorary Life Non-playing Member of Burnt Ash in recognition of having worked behind the Club bar for many years.

Although she and her husband Noel Kerins (one of our Vice Presidents) moved to Florida, they always kept in touch and visited the Club on their regular trips home.

No further details are available at present but will be posted as soon as known.

The funeral will be Friday, 7 July, 4pm at Kemnal Park Cemetery, A20 Sidcup Bypass, Chislehurst, BR7 8RR, following which all are invited to the King’s Head, Bexley High Street.

No formal black and no flowers but contributions to Greenwich & Bexley Hospice collection on the day.
